Trace a research claim to its sources
Keep the paper, the interpretation, and the integrity record connected.
Separate the layers
A source paper reports observations within a study design. A synthesis interprets those observations. A commercial claim may extrapolate further. Retain each layer as a distinct assertion, with its author and supporting passages.
The chain to preserve
Record source identifiers and versions, the passages supporting the assertion, population and intervention scope, relevant limitations, contrary evidence, and the reasoning connecting source to claim. Record funding and interests when sourced; use unknown when the information has not been established.
TruthStack and Miskir
TruthStack handles health evidence interpretation. The Miskir integration is in development and concerns research admission, provenance, and claim revision history. This page supplies no clinical recommendations or completed research attestations.
Corrections retain their history
A changed claim needs a new version and an explicit relationship to its predecessor. Preserve the earlier claim and the evidence available at that time. A retraction, correction, or changed interpretation should be discoverable from the current record.
A portable citation
An exported answer should retain the original researchers, TruthStack’s interpretive role where applicable, and the precise Miskir attestation if one exists. If there is no receipt, say so. Never turn a hash or signature into a claim of clinical efficacy.
